Jonouchi
'You taught me I wasn't alone and you taught me courage.'
When it comes to Yugi's and Jonouchi's friendship it's obvious that while it may look like Yugi helps the other learn, the same could be said the other way as well. As mentioned in the line above in a scene with them dueling against one another Yugi had learnt how to be brave as he had seen the other stand up to people so many times and even if the odds were against him. Also because of the incident that made them friends in the first place, Yugi's wish had come true. He had a best friend and that he wasn't as lone as he first thought. To Yugi, friends mean the world to him and to Yugi, Jonouchi is his best friend that he is more than willing to put his life on the line to save as proved in chapter 139 when he made the choice to lose the match so the other could escape.
Overall his influence might not look like much, but Yugi really has in a sense learnt a good deal from him on how to be brave and have courage.
Anzu
Anzu is Yugi's childhood friend and someone who he holds close to his heart. Given his reactions to her in certain situations its more than likely to be along the lines of a crush (Using a certain chapter in particular, he was disappointed when the two heart devices didn't beep, which meant they were compatible.) Her influence on him has helped him in certain ways. An example would be during Duelist Kingdom when it was just him and Anzu alone at night. Yugi figured she wanted to talk to the other him, not him but she told him that he was fine just the way he was. In a sense telling him, it was okay to be who he wanted to be and not be someone else, or in that case change to the other him.
Grandfather
Yugi is very close to his grandfather even mentioning at one point that the puzzle which he solved would be a momento to him when he died. He is someone Yugi definitely looks up to a lot and if more than willing to help should he need it, when his soul was trapped into of a video tape; Yugi was more than willing to go to the island in order to get him back. He was more than willing to do something he probably wouldn't have done before in order to save him. It might also be a possibility that it was his grandfather who was the reason behind Yugi's like of games considering he works in a game shop.
